职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责公司旗下各品牌日常宣传、策划设计制作、公司展览宴会布置；
2、负责公司产品广告设计、后期制作监督把控及其它图文处理；企业宣传资料的设计、制作与创新；
3、负责协助其他部门同事对设计及美学方面的工作顺利完成；
4、负责对公司企业文化风格的把握，色调搭配，布局合理性，图片整理、V I维护等等；
5、负责公司其他PC及MAC设计文件的使用，修改、数码照相处理、公司市场活动宣传品配合 ；
6、负责与协作方沟通，保证各类平面项目的质量极其时间的把握，成功的验收；
7、负责收集市场最新的设计，不断改进设计水平，以达到公司日益发展的要求；
8、负责上级领导交办的其他事项。

岗位要求：
1、正规大学艺术设计系本科以上学历
2、平面设计相关行业三年以上工作经验，具2年以上VI设计或品牌形象设计经验，有个人独立完成的成熟作品。
3、具深厚的美术功底及较高审美能力
4、具丰富的想象力和较强的创作能力，并能通过软件技术表现为作品
5、熟悉各种印刷、包装及展示材质工艺，能熟练的运用各种材质为设计服务
6、熟练使用各类设计软件，熟悉苹果系统，熟练使用3DMAX优先
