Responsible for office housekeeping and improvement, office equipment and meeting room’s booking and maintenance, office furniture and stationery procurement, hotel and flight booking, and other routine administration work.
Job Description:
-Prepare the budget and forecast plan for printing & stationery, drinking water, office cleaning, employee relations events (annual dinner etc.), office security and all other admin costs.
-Prepare monthly admin cost report.
-Office equipment and furniture procurement
-Negotiate best rate and service with the suppliers and contractors.
-Liaise with the suppliers and contractors for office equipment maintenance (lightings, air-con, copier machine, fixture….etc)
-Office housekeeping:Monitor office environment and facilities hygiene.
-Travel Management:Following travel policy to book flight / hotel for travelers, to secure optimal solution both in route and cost.
-Guide receptionist for routine Administration Work
-Office Employees Monthly Attendance Summary
-Staff recreation activities (i.e. Outing activities, Mid-autumn festival gift ,annual dinner)
Requirements:
- University/college graduate with major in business management
- At least 4 years’ experience with an administration / office superior experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Keep excellence customer orientation with careful and patience attitude, ability to work under big pressure or strong complain.
- Good command of English, both written and oral
- Be familiar with MS office
- Good teamwork player
