职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for Order to Cash Transactions in SAP
2.Interface with customer to deal with customer requirements.
3.Follow up overseas and local vendors to ensure timely delivery
4.Issue PO to internal and external vendors and follow up with shipment. Coordinate with the local suppliers for domestic purchasing.
5. Check up customer credit status and ensure smooth order flow
6.Order status tracking, Inventory status and sales report updating per management request.
7.Coordinate among the supplier chain, sales operation and service team for the for customer order related issues, such as, order configuration, supply shortage and shipment quality and etc.
8. Interface with Service & Sales for equipment installation & revenue recognition cycle
9. Work with logistics team for solves the problems related both internal and external vendor’s shipment, such as: shipping instruction, shipping documents, domestic purchasing parts delivery and etc.
10.Work closely with REPC on order placement for equipment and product allocation.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in Business related；
above 2 years of relevant experience in customer service/order fulfillment
2. Experience in SAP software and good knowledge on spreadsheet/document software interfacing skills
3. Good planning, data analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
4. Team worker with good communication skills

5.Good English written/speaking skill
