Responsibilities:

1. Support Manager in preparation of accounting schedules/reports and other administrative matters;

2. Provide relevant schedules to auditors/consultants during company's year-end audit/consultancy services;

3. Coordinate with operations & other departments concerning matters related to customer's account;

4. Allocate receipt of customers account and matching invoice;

5. Perform daily session check and file;

6. Check and collect promissory note and payment list;

7. Monitor outstanding report and try to minimize unallocated cash and bank account suspension.



Requirements:

1. Strong Microsoft Office skills, like Excel, Word and PPT;

2. 2 year of relevant working experience preferable in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry;

3. Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance or Accounting (related);

4. Secondary Accountant.

5. Contract based employment
