职位描述：

1、管理仓库运作团队，确保收货、包装、发货等流程正常进行；
2、建立、执行和完善仓库的规章制度、规范作业标准及流程，提高效率，降低成本；
3、科学管理货品库位，提出改进方案，保证仓库最大化的使用率；
4、负责了解所存物资的质量现状，避免存货超储、短缺、毁坏等现象，确保库存物资安全
5、有效配合公司整体业务运作需求；
6、监督执行盘点工作和结果分析，并提出改进方案；

任职资格:
1、专科及以上学历，物流、供应链类相关专业；
2、2年以上物流仓储相关领域工作经验，有外企相关领域工作经验者优先考虑；
3、熟悉物流仓储作业流程，熟悉相关物流设备的使用和维护规范；
4、较强的解决问题和沟通的能力，熟练使用基本的办公管理软件；
5、具备较强的责任心和团队精神，能吃苦耐劳，能承受一定工作压力。

Job Description:
1, Manage warehouse team and work flow, make sure all procedures work well including goods receiving, packaging and delivering;
2, Establish, perform and improve warehouse working rules and regulations, standardize work flow, procedure, increase job efficiency, lower company cost;
3, Scientifically arrange storage location, make proposals for improvement, maximize warehouse usage rate;
4, Responsible for goods condition, avoid overstock, goods shortage or damage, ensure the security of goods and storage;
5, Effectively collaborate with the needs of company business developments;
6, Monitor and perform stock checking, analyze the results and make proposals for improvement;

Qualification:
1, College or above, Professional in Logistics or Supply Chain;
2, More than 2 years warehouse and logistics work experience, foreign enterprise work experience or similar work experience are preferred;
3, Know well in logistics work flow, be familiar with relevant logistics equipment and criterion;
4, Have a strong ability to solve problems, good communication skill, and basic ability of office software;
5, Have the strong sense of responsibility and team work spirit, work hard, be able to work under a certain pressure.
