Responsibilities:
1. Work at the suppliers' facilities to make sure the product are as per the agreed standard and specification.
2. Not only inspect the final finished products but also monitor and check the incoming raw materials and do in-process QC so there are minimum rejects at the final stage.
3. Make proper quality report of the parts before they are shipped out from the suppliers' facility.
4. Check the quality of the prototype before they leave the factories and crease the proper quality report.
5. Follow up the order quantity and make sure what are being shipped are as per the quality ordered,
6. Perform other duties assigned by management.
7. Notify supervisors of the production problems and identify and advise the possible solutions.
Requirement:
1) Minimum 5 years experience in doing the inspection of the metal and plastic parts especially of the Kitchen and bathroom hardware.
2) Must be able to read mechanical drawings, know tolerances, and have experience in dimensional inspections.
3) Willing and above to travel extensively. This is a must so candidates who do not prefer travelling please DO NOT APPLY.
4) Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently as required.
5) Familiar with the different kind of materials related to the bathroom and kitchen products.
6) Able to write reports in English and can understand the instructions and emails written in English.
7) Strong work ethic, willingness to work hard to achieve goals on time
8) Extremely Proactive. Must have.
