职位描述：
Organization Team is working as a support team for the Chief Operating Officer of the bank, and is mainly involved on cross-functional topics or projects.
he/she works on cross-functional projects gives a good opportunity to understand the bank organization, processes and products.
Responsibilities:
-Get familiar with the banking industry by contributing to the bank business continuity plan
-Help on improving the information system security by increasing the staff awareness and implementing controls
-Be part of the bank transversal projects related to process improvement, system upgrade, change management
-Develop project management skills and culture in the bank
-Understand and automate reporting from our core banking system

他/她参与跨职能跨部门的工作或者项目，系统全面了解银行的组织架构、银行操作流程和产品。具体职责如下：
通过参与银行业务持续性计划（灾难恢复计划）,熟悉银行操作.
协助经理通过员工培训、实施控制等来改进信息系统
参与各种项目来改进操作流程、升级系统和变革管理
开发银行项目管理技能和文化
银行核心系统的报告


Requirements:
-Student undertaking a bachelor/master degree, major in Finance/Accounting/IT major
-Student with prior working experience or internship experience
-Good communication skills
-Language: English written, spoken / Chinese is a plus
-Proficiency with excel for data computing
