Job Description:
? Serve as a Trusted Advisor to BK China’s Leadership:
Understand the business and ensure that IT solutions meet Area requirements.
Understand the specific challenges and opportunities linked to the regulatory, legal, and economic situation in the Area.
? Develop and Maintain BK China’s Strategic IT Platform:
Understand, and contribute to, the Area business strategy, and translate into an aligned IT strategy and portfolio of programs, projects and applications.
Lead change and innovation in the Area. Stimulate creativity and innovation in others. Support those who initiate change and take risks, and promote a global perspective.
Stay educated on new trends, technologies, processes and regulatory requirements impacting commercial execution in the Area.
? Manage Portfolios, Budgets and Projects:
Align with Area, Division and Corporate Leadership on the portfolio of programs, projects and applications in BK China, and ensure the Area long range plan and budgets are aligned.
Negotiate for, and secure, the resources needed to meet the long range needs of the Area.
Oversee and control Area IT budgets, project expenditures and return on investment.
Manage IT projects for the Area. Participate in business projects based on IT expertise.
Continually look for opportunities for cost reductions and cost avoidance.
? Manage Relationships with Business Leaders, Peers and Service Providers:
Influence, and partner with, BK China Leadership to manage and align the Area IT portfolios. Collaborate with other departments and Service Providers to ensure adequate and timely delivery of agreed services, in-line with agreed service levels.
? Consult:
Consult with Area Leadership on Business Technology trends and solutions. Recommend solutions assuring fit with Division and Corporate direction, strategy and priorities. Where needed involve IT business consultants and external technology experts.
? Lead People:
Lead the Area Business Relationship Management team by setting expectations, coaching, counseling, developing, evaluating, providing feedback, hiring and disciplining.
Manage people issues in a constructive and timely manner. Establish the overall morale of team and promote cohesive attitude.
Establish staffing plans to determine appropriate mix of sourcing opportunities. Manage overall organizational effectiveness.
Skill Requirement:
? Minimum 10 years relevant IT Management experience, chain F&B, chain retail and/or FMCG industry is preferred.
? Experience in sourcing and managing a variety of vendors to meet contracted service levels.
? The candidate should have demonstrated project management skills on a large scale business application implementation.
? Proactive in identifying and anticipating customer needs and make relevant solution recommendations.
? Good understanding of Service management (ITIL) principles.
? Experience with business process optimization is preferred. Strong finance and supply chain knowledge is preferred.
