ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Focus on key business which includes hotel chain / designers / architects in South China.
? To manage and develop project business with strong influence on key client and gradually achieving the target sales turnover.
? Establish Hansgrohe / Axor as preferred brands in bath & wellness industry
? Establish and maintain long-term stable relations with key client, in the direction of establishment of strategic cooperative partnership.
? Maintain contact and regularly visit key client.
? Integrate and analyze projects information by key clients in / for South China
? Provide highly professional specifications to key designer clients for projects which will benefit Hansgrohe and influence winning chance to the bid.
? Cooperate with product manager and customer service manager to communicate with German headquarters and other regional branch offices when necessary for the needs of key clients.
? Analyze advantages and disadvantages of our and competitors’ products, ability to integrate competitors’ new products information and regularly provide management analytical reports and recommended strategies.
? Responsible for all key client projects(tracking, quotation and the coordination with dealers)
? Systematically target South China architectural and design firms to build relationships and work on highly professional specification of early project leads.
? Provide the necessary support to the key partners to maximize the success rates of projects.
? Professionally disseminate early project leads to all related colleagues.
? Able to present professionally to different stakeholders, in line with the company’s image.
Requirements on knowledge & skills:
Education / degree:
Degree with sales background
Professional experience:
The successful candidate would be a highly sales-driven professional with a proven sales track record, who can work independently to drive sales with his/her client base and yet be a team player internally.
Ideally, he/she would be from the bath & wellness industry or related building and construction industry, with a solid network of project sales clients which he/she can immediately tap into. As he/she will be the face of the brands and business to major clients, he/she must present themselves in a way that well represents the premium image of the brand.
Language Skills:
1 English Professional fluency, Both written and spoken
1 Chinese Professional fluency, Both written and spoken
1 Cantonese Spoken fluency,
IT Skills:
1 Microsoft Office
1 CRM: Customer Relationship Management, would be an advantage
