职位描述：
工作职责：
§ 负责前台接待及登记，执行康宁访客和安全管理政策
§ 公司总机电话接听、转接、留言、记录工作
§ 负责公司信件、公文、包裹的收发，登记和管理
§ 协助人力资源部进行考勤系统的管理
§ 负责公司酒店、机票的预订及付款
§ 识别并汇报潜在的安全及IAP风险,在需要时协助工厂进行调查
§ 协助组织部门及公司活动
§ 主管安排的其他工作

任职要求：
§ 大专及以上学历，英语或文秘专业优先
§ 1年以上相关工作经验
§ 普通话标准
§ 基本的英语听说读写能力
§ 良好的沟通及团队合作能力
§ 工作认真负责、积极主动、责任心强、耐心、服务意识好
