职位描述：
Main responsibility:
1. handle orders by registration in system
2 inform logistic department and warehouse for delivery by E-mails
3.provide clients with accurate product information, stock level and tracking No of parcel
4.deal with claims and complaints via e-mail, phone call , and we chat and take immediate action
5.assist clients with replacement of product or exchange
6 contact clients in time with good solution when problem occurs
7.chase and coordinate with financial department for correct invoices issuing
8.input invoices in system, prepare payment documents and submit payment in other office at least once a week
9.prepare sales and claim reports
10. others task assigned by manager
 
Qualification :
1 fluent in English
2. good communication and problem solving skills
3.Ability to work under pressure
