Responsibilities
- Support the senior management / leadership on Practice / Engagement Management and all-rounded administrative matters
- Produce a variety of routine and ad-hoc management reports, both financial and non-financial related. This includes downloading and configuring reports from the company’s IBS
- Support the filing of M&A, PPP and TS projects
- The above also includes the monitoring of various matters including practice / engagement management related data / information and preparing related reports
- Oversee the billing and collection process
Experience
- Related working experience in general practice / engagement management and administrative matters including the use of management systems and producing management / administrative reports (both financial and non-financial related)
- Excellent attention to details and willingness to learn. Ability to adapt to change including mastering the use of the company’s IBS
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level leadership, client service engagement teams and other support / infrastructure team members. Work well in a team environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
