主要职责 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 根据公司战略目标和品牌需求,制定相应的商品管理策略。通过对市场终端信息调研结果制定公司新品方向并根据公司平台发展定位, 结合品牌战略规划、营运计划、销售及成本预算,制定年度商品规划、季度商品企划并组织实施;并确保实施结果达成业绩要求:包括销售额,利润等的达成。
Establish product/merchandising strategy according to the company business and branding needs, define company new products direction by market research and collecting information from the end users, combine with the brand strategy plan, sales operation plan, budget and costing to design and implement the annual and seasonal product strategy. Ensure to drive the business performance including revenue, amount and margin etc. are achieved.
2. 负责公司新品及行业商品趋势的调研,并出具调研报告以便确定当季新品的适季产品; 同时对产品结构进行梳理与规划,全局把控各系列产品的组合及搭配,组织并协助各主力部门共同进行新季产品开发,强化提升品牌经典商品的核心竞争力,并对产品风格、款式、核心卖点、价格、组合进行整体把关。
In charge of company new product and market trend survey, provide investigation report in order to define the product trend and direction. Also need to conduct seasonal business review in order to consolidate the product structure, to provide strategy plan on new seasonal collections ‘combination. Cooperate and support on the new collections development, give suggestions on product style, design, selling points and pricing.
3. 将商品的重点概念和卖点知识有效传递以便达到各部门的共识,并且能够在客户和消费者前树立一个专业的形象。跨部门与其他团队(设计,生产等)无缝配合,以确保每季产品的主打概念以能够顺利上市。
Transfer product knowledge to other departments to ensure consistent understanding towards products/key concepts to be able to present a professional image in front of both customers and consumers. work together with cross-functional team (Design, Production etc.) to ensure the seasonal key initiatives are aligned and executed seamlessly to ensure smooth go to market.
4. 每季进行售后回顾,与销售部门(批发、特许及零售部)共同协助,拟定符合消费者需求并同时能够有效促进业务提升的商品规划。明确业务需求,与其他部门紧密配合完善各项流程及规划,高效推行政策并不断改善,同时明确将来的业务方向及下一季的定位。
Conduct seasonal assortment guideline and work closely with Sales (Wholesales, Franchisee & Retail) teams, deliver the product plans that meet the consumer needs and support the business growth. To understand the business insights, coordinate with other departments to have integrated process planned, executed & evaluated with excellence and to identify the opportunities for future seasons.
5. 及时对周、月、季畅滞销品终端数据及库存情况进行分析,提交季、月度的分析报表,并提出相关合理建议。
Provide weekly/monthly/seasonal analysis report Such as
1) Active demanded and unsalable products’ sales result (from both end consumer and customers);
2) inventory reports. (from both end consumer and customers)
And provide suggestions and solutions.
6. 每季订货会的商品采购指导。
Provide guidelines on how to place order to internal and external customers during every order taking.
7. 制定工作流程及成本控制。
Established the working process and control budget.
职位要求 POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1. 本科及以上学历,服装设计、市场营销、零售管理等相关专业;
Bachelor or above degree, preferable major in fashion design, marketing and sales or retail management etc.
2. 15年以上工作经验,其中5年以上商品高级管理经验,有知名男装品牌商品或国际品牌管理工作经历优先,能力优秀者可考虑总监职位;
At least 15 years working experience including 5 years high-end product Sr. management position; experience with international men’s wear will be a great advantage, candidate who has outstanding capacities would be considered as director position.
3. 优秀的中文及英文口语、读写沟通表达。
Proficient in Chinese and English verbal and written communication.
4. 熟悉零售终端运作模式,熟悉商品计划和定价,熟练掌握商品采购、物流管理、预算管理等知识;
Familiar with retail operation, product planning and pricing, has rich knowledge of merchandising, logistic management, excellent skill in budgeting and costing.
5. 善于捕捉并分析产品、市场信息,数据敏感度高,对服装行业有高度热情。
Very sensitive in data analysis, making information and passionate in garment industry.
6. 优秀的逻辑思维能力、准确的分析判断能力;
Excellent logical thinking and high demanding on accuracy.
7. 优秀的组织协调能力、统筹管理能力及沟通能力;
Very well organized and good at communication, strong ability in persuasion.
