Job Descriptions:
1) Report directly to the Principal, Project Manager. Work closely with Chief Designers and Senior Designers to assist on project management and design issues.
直接汇报总裁和项目经理。和其他首席设计师和资深设计师配合并共同完成项目设计管理事宜。
2) Work in a team of designers in the creative development of hospitality and villa/show flat projects.
与设计团队小组协同负责酒店及别墅/样板房项目的创意发展。
3) Develop small scale show house design projects independently and accept responsibility for their quality; assist Project Manager on schedule, budgets, and MD internal schedules.
推展小型样板房项目以及设计管理并同意对项目的品质负责；配合并协助项目经理完成项目进度、预算及公司的内部进度的工作。4) Assist Senior Designers and team on design development stage on detail design drawings and accept responsibility for their feasibility and quality of works.
协助并配合资深设计师及设团队共同完成在方案深化的细部图纸设计工作，并同意对设计工艺的品质及可实施性负责。
5) Work closely with the FF&E team to create harmonious interior concepts.
和软装小组密切合作以创造共融和谐的室内设计概念。
6) Assist FF&E designers with development of PowerPoint presentations, photoshop, etc.
配合并协助软装设计师制作PPT简报和photoshop等等。
7) Participate in project’s Phase presentations base on circumstances.
按项目情况参与项目各阶段的简报。
8) Work closely with Project Manager and CAD team to produce comprehensive construction documentation packages on all projects.
与项目经理和CAD团队密切合作以完成所有项目的综合施工文件。
9) Attend project coordination meetings/sub-contractor meetings and site review meetings as required.如被要求则需出席项目协调会议/分包商会议，以及工地现场检视会议。
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 3+ years of experience in the hospitality design or in a related area.
2. Excellent knowledge of design principles and the ability to interpret design concepts and layouts
3. Expert knowledge of multiple design brands standards
4. Fluent in English and Chinese (Preferred)
5. Expert knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within industry
6. Advanced knowledge in Sketchup, CAD, Sketchbook, Adobe PS, Indesign, Illustrator,etc.
