1、行政日常事务处理；
2、负责发布招聘信息、简历初选、预约面试等相关工作；
3、负责考勤统计、员工休假、请假办理；
4、负责员工入职手续办理、协助员工转正申请、协助员工办理离职手续等；
5、内部人事档案的管理工作；
6、协助行政部主管完成公司相关事务处理；
7、完成部门主管交办的其他任务。

岗位职责：
1、负责部门行政事务工作；
2、协助完成部门各项行政工作；
3、负责部门接待、会议、活动组织安排，
4、做好文书起草、公文制定、文件收发、档案管理等工作；
5、对外相关部门联络接待 ；
6、负责部门文件整理工作；
7、做好公司部门之间的协调工作。
任职要求：
1、全日制大专及以上学历。
2、良好的学习能力和文案写作能力，熟练操Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook等办公室计算机软件；
3、具有较强的沟通协调能力，工作负责、主动，形象良好；
