职位描述：
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop leads and new customers. Visit customers (face to face) to build up/maintain relationship.
Manage and grow accounts including assessment of customer sales potential.
Troubleshoot customer problems in important issues.
Comply with the tracking and reporting requirements to enable simple and insightful performance tracking as well as accounts’ financial performance and client satisfaction.
Advise the general manager in the preparation of a detailed account plan for each of the accounts.

Position Requirements
More than 2 years' related experience in Shipping or Logistics companies;
Understanding of basic shipping knowledge, and good communication skills;
University degree, preferably in Shipping/Logistics/International Trade related fields;
- Familiar with the local business environment and international business development trends, good sense of the industry development trend and requirements.
- Proficient skills in written and oral English.
- Good experience in use of relevant IT office applications.
- Self-confidence, promptness and ability to make clear statements/presentations.
- Negotiation skills, flexibility and winning attitude.
- Strong customer orientation and market insight.
