Responsibility:
? Sort and register invoices received from vendors
? Distribute the invoices for respective department staff's verification
? Assist in preparation of vessel disbursement accounts for principal
? Checking and posting the above-mentioned invoices into Accounting System
? Other ad hoc job assigned by department head
Requirements:
? College degree or above, major in Accounting
? Good command of English both in written and read, CET-4 or above
? Accounting work permit/certificate
? PC literate in MS Office
? Related Liner account experience is an advantage, fresh graduated is also can be considered.
