职位描述：

1. Responsible for efficient logistic execution and coordination of the Inspection Team (IC) outbound distribution/order fulfillment process

2. Follow-up activities and recording of billable services.

3. Position involves daily contact with customer, vendors, various authorities (customs) and instances, external 3PL’s, etc. for successful execution and completion to ensure operational excellence according to targets (KPI’s).

4. Process and pre-qualify all outbound shipping documents needed for Customs process, and reject all shipping documents that are not 100% accurate according to Customs Exit and Export rules

5. Creation and maintenance of handling instructions/SOP’s to Customer to ensure correct timing, handling, markings, packaging etc. according to customer/end-customer customized needs and requirements

6. System update – PO status, vessel information, consolidation statistics according to agreed KPI’s

7. Ensure timely and accurate payment & BL done to producer.

8. Ensure timely and accurate information report to leader.

9. Ensure preparation of required reports and statistical data according to internal/external requirements and agreements
