职位描述：
Job Purpose/ 职位目的:
Responsible for functional parts design as well as continuous improvement. 负责产品功能性部件的设计开发与持续改进。
Specific Accountabilities/ 具体职责:
1, Designing/developing/prototyping functional parts, including making and updating drawings for above. 设计开发、快速成型产品功能性部件，包括制作、更新相关部件图纸。
2, Continuously improving current functional parts to better satisfy customers’demand and reduce potential quality issue. 持续改进现有产品/部件以更好地满足客户要求，并减少可能的质量隐患。
3, Designing related tools, jigs to assist production. 设计相应的工具、夹具辅助生产。
4, Working out related standard operation procedure. 制作相应的作业指导书。
5, Other jobs assigned by department manager. 经理交办的其他工作。

Qualifications任职资格
1,Majored in mechanic design and manufacture or related, bachelor above.
机械设计与制造及相关专业，大学本科及以上学历。
2, Continuously improving current functional parts to better satisfy customers’demand and reduce potential quality issue. 持续改进现有产品/部件以更好地满足客户要求，并减少可能的质量隐患。
3, Designing related tools, jigs to assist production. 设计相应的工具、夹具辅助生产。
4, Working out related standard operation procedure. 制作相应的作业指导书。
5, Majored in mechanic design and manufacture or related, bachelor above. 机械设计与制造及相关专业，大学本科及以上学历。
6,4-year experience in related posts. 4年以上相关工作岗位经验。
7,At least 3-year experience of injection moulded product design. 至少3年注塑塑胶设计工作经验。
8,Fluid Air /Pneumatic/ Breathing systems background preferred. 有流体空气/气动/呼吸系统经验优先。
9,PPE background a plus. 有个人防护装备行业经验***。
10,CET-4 above with excellent command of English listening, speaking, writing and reading.
CET-4以上，英语听说读写水平熟练。
11,Be familiar with design and process technologies of metal and plastic parts.
熟悉各种金属和塑料部件的设计和加工工艺。
12,Good at 1-2 professional software to do 2D and 3D drawings, such as AutoCAD, Pro-E, Solidworks etc. 熟练使用1-2种专业绘图软件绘制2D, 3D图纸，如AutoCAD, Pro-E, Solidworks等。
13,Highly responsible with strong learning ability as well as good communication skill and teamwork spirit. 工作责任心强，具有较强的学习能力，具有良好的工作沟通能力和团队协作精神。
