GENERAL FUNCTION:
Responsible for intercompany Ledger treatment and management, General Ledger , Capex booking, budget/ and management, assistance in annual and quarterly forecast data collection, preparation and analysis.
RESPONSIBILITY:
1.Intercompany invoice verification and AP/AR reconciliation； prepare intercom statement at the month end.
2.Take care Fix Assets treatment and responsible for coding & tagging the fixed asset； working with other team to ensure the conformity of physical and book account.
3.Capital expenditure forecast and management，make sure the spending is within the budget or forecast
4.Export invoice issuing.
5.Deal with foreign currency related declaration
6.Others job assignment by supervisor.
Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics , Master degree or MBA preferred.
2. 3+ years finance & accounting experience in multinational companies
3. SAP experience preferred
4. Familiar with local China accounting practices and regulations
5. Good command of English in writing, reading, listening and speaking.
