职位描述：
Job Objectives
Closely work with CLW CEO to assist the business planning, identify the issues and opportunities, provide the business insight to make the right decision
Work with other functions on all sort of business planning to ensure the delivery of goals and objectives

Key Results Areas
Keep track on CLW volume, RE, KPI & Forecast, formulate initial hypotheses and verification
Keep track of business plan execution through maintaining up-to-date of key programs calendar, various sales and key performance indicators for regular management review and corporate reporting
Provide regular and special Franchise and program performance analysis, identify risk and opportunities, develop hypotheses and scenarios, and recommend action plan for management decision making

EBP/Strategic Planning
Lead the business planning processes to develop & integrate annual business plans and long term strategic initiatives and functions to deliver the CLW business destination
Develop & maintain a market intelligence network and database, keep track of region macro business trends, bottler infrastructure development and key competitors moves; provide regular update and analysis for the management team and across system
Review business performance on cross function basis vs. plan. Identify potential issues on on-going basis

Market research
Supporting in CLW market research initiatives
Work with research agencies to make sure getting best service and facilitating problem solving
Organize market research training
Lead and set up the annual share review

Organize training for functional team on company system
