职位描述：

Dimensions:

This position is to work with Falco’s top management to meet customer requests, monitor and improve the internal quality system .This position has as subordinates Calibration, IQC, PQC and FQC staff in FEX.

Duties and responsibilities:

Incoming Inspection – Responsible for incoming inspection team to implement the raw material inspection

based on the MMES in order to meet raw material specification .

Process Audits- Responsible for process inspection through the PQC group & according to step by step from IML and Control Plan requirements.

Product Audits - Oversee that both the Customer’s and Falco’s quality standards are met or exceed through the

sampling of parts during in-process and final audits.

Final inspection – Responsible for final inspection team to implement the product inspection

based on the IML in order to meet product specification . .

Calibration - Responsible for calibration team to implement the calibration on time for equipments and jigs

Internal and External Corrective and Preventive Actions - Issue corrective and preventive actions to improve either a particular

FPN or an aspect of the quality system. Follow-up that such action is taken and that action is

effective in solving the Problem.

Resolve Customer Complaints and RMA – Follow-up that all Customer Complaints and RMA are resolved on time

and Customer notified.

Customer Audit_ In charge of customer audit and follow up of the corrective actions or customer suggestions until they are close and/or implemented.

ISO 9001 system - As a ISO 9001 Management Representative at FEX ,

Will monitor the system and conduct internal audits to assure management that the quality system is functioning and effective.

Requirements:

Engineering Degree

Certified Internal Auditor for ISO

Ability to write procedures

Experience in product and raw materials used in power transformers and inductors.

5 years minimum of Working experience on the quality leader or manager. .

Written and spoken English (advanced level)

Experience in test methods for power transfomers and inductors.
