客户服务代表

Responsibilities:

- Handle/co-ordinate various booking release
- Handle customer queries/complaints and ensure customer orders/requirements or daily follow up clearly transferred to all concerned parties
- Raise system improvements to prevent problems from recurring and to recommend solutions to potential problems and improvements to the system
- Carry out all relevant duties as outlined in the Company procedures and policies
- Perform any other job duties assigned by immediate supervisor and management


Requirements:
- University graduate, major in International Trade/Foreign Trade is preferred
- 3 years working experience in Liner Company is preferred
- Be familiar with MS Office
- Fluent in spoken and written English (CET6 or above)
- Pleasant personality, customer focus and tactful telephone calls handling skills
- Carefulness
