职位描述：
工作职责：
1 对接公司现有客户委托的招聘外包（猎头）业务， 满足需求；
2 研究、分析或开发所负责的行业市场，随时了解行业最新动态，不断充实行业知识，成为所负责行业的内部专家；
3 组织和管理相应的候选人资源（线上线下）；
4 对现有的招聘渠道、资源和手段进行维护、更新和完善；
5 向客户提供与招聘业务紧密相关的咨询服务（薪酬建议、背景调查等）；
6 保管所负责客户/项目的相关档案资料（协议、合同、项目资料及候选人资料等）；
7完成公司下达的业绩任务指标。

任职资格：
1. 3 年以上企业内部招聘经验或第三方招聘(猎头)经验；
2. 对重庆及周边地区的相关产业(互联网'/现代服务业/金融/汽车等)的发展现状和趋势以及客户分布有比较深入的了解；
3. 英语熟练, 实际运用能力强；
4. 没有招聘/猎头的专业经验,但相关行业经验丰富, 拥有广泛的人脉资源的的也可考虑(5-10 年);
5. 思路清晰, 头脑开放, 善于学习,有创造性思维，乐于与人打交道; 欢迎在外/合资企业有多年工作经验,希望转型作猎头顾问的人士申请职位。 举报 分享
