Job Description:
职位描述: ? process daily cash activities including cash on hand and cash in bank
? book and record cash transactions (except for AR-related receipts), including bank account reconciliations and update of cash records
? ensure that the company has enough cash for day to day operations through accurate cash flow forecasts
? manage bank-related tasks such as opening/closing bank accounts, e-banking application, signatory change, settlement of foreign exchanges, etc.
? prepare monthly reports such as cash flow statements and forecasts
? monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and balance differences
? process cash advances and follow-up related liquidation
? follow-up deposits
? receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services (excluding reimbursements)
? verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
? data enter invoices into ERP system
? prepare payments via e-banking
? maintain the general ledger
? assist with yearend closings and audits
? other cash-related actions


Qualification and Requirements
任职要求: ? University degree, major in accounting, finance or economics
? 4 years or above working experience in a foreign company as a cashier
? Knowledge of various banking services is a must
? Prior experience in e-banking an advantage
? ERP experience a must
? Familiar with MS Office, high level of proficiency in Excel
? Basic command of English both in oral and written
? Good communication and negotiation skills
? Good relationship with banks a plus
? Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
? Confidentiality
? Attention to details
? Able to work under pressure
? Energetic and highly motivated team player
