Responsibility
1.Supervis the meals suppliers daily running to ensure the management met company meals quarterly satisfaction KPI objective.Organiz meals committee to set up a communication bridge between staff and supplier.Survey the meals satisfaction from staff to keep improv in meals service.
2.Manag in sanitary control to provide a tidy environment for all staff under the 6S system requirement. Provid & controll the tissue and clean consumable efficiency. Survey the sanitation quarterly satisfaction from staff to keep improv in service.
3.Provid service for NLHQ visitors in time includ invitation letter application, the hotel reservation, transportation and meals arrangement etc. Sourc and manag the long term hous rental to meet the requirement of foreign colleagues.
4.Provid the service of business’ trip, includ the reasonable options for air-ticket & hotel arrangement, inorder to make the trip efficiently and economically.
5.Arrang the reception details as baverage, snack , tak out lunch for VIP guest and relevant service. Purchs the reception material and keep the stock in safety level. Front desk reception and the telephone, fax transfer issue.
6.Arrange signboard and staff business cards mak monthly , welcome board, table card and factour tour application process management.
7.Activities organization and plann for mid-autumn festival & annual party; Restaurant sourc and off side meet room research & arrangement; MT dinner arrangement.
8.Monitor the arrangement of business car is reasonably & economy. Controll the business car,shuttle bus and OT transportation cost and get the best service from the suppliers;staff cars park lot arrangement; Survey the transportation satisfaction from staff to keep improv in service.
9.Summarize and audit the requeirment of company’s stationery and keep a reasonable stock to ensure the distribution is timely; 3F background music management monthly;F&F sales management.
10.Manag the office furniture and allocate the work station for staff & visitors reasonably.Manag the office equitments & facilities maintenance. Coordinate with AEPA for environment issue and factory build rental.
11.Manage the meet room reservation system and maintenance the environment.
12.Follow up the public facilities project with NPP and IE dept. to ensure the projects finished on time.
Requirements
Education
Junior college degree on business administration.
Experience
Have administration experience at least 2 years.
Specific knowledge
1. English skill, CET-4;
2. Good cooperation and communication skills.
