Key Responsibilities:
1. Own core annual sales plan for the responsible accounts. Work with Regional Marketing, RD and Franchise Operations to develop the annual core business plan including POS expansion, assortment Planning and retail operations plan to achieve the best POS expansion, productivity and consumer satisfaction for responsible accounts
2. Prepare for core future order sales program based on sales policies and SI, ST data analysis
3. Forecase core product flow by season for all accounts in responsible market based on historical product flow and selling points
4. Manage and execute core sales plan for responsible accounts
5. Control core inventory ratio and structure
6. Manage and maintain a healthy A/R balance
7. Execute and follow up on future order sales / shipping plan of core channel by season

Experience / Skill Required:
1. At least 3 years working experience in China Distribution / Sales - related environment for multi-national consumer brand company
2. A passion for and an understanding of SPORTS, has the desire to translate this passion into building the adidas sports market in China
3. Strong communication and influence skill
4. Good analysis and computer skill
5. Willing to travel and work hard
6. University degree

1. 负责客户的年度销售计划，与市场部、零售拓展部及经销商紧密合作开展客户年度业务发展计划
2. 基于销售制度、买货及终端零售的数据分析为客户制订期货订单- 执行与跟进期货订单及发货计划
3. 通过过往的产品趋势及销售点的分析进行销售预测
4. 管理及执行所负责客户的销售计划
5. 控制客户库存率及库存结构
6. 管理及维持健康的应收帐款
7. 执行与跟进期货订单及发货计划

经验/技能要求：
1. 至少3年跨国品牌公司的销售工作经验
2. 热爱体育并对体育用品行业有一定的了解
3. 优秀的沟通技巧
4. 良好的分析能力及电脑操作水平
5. 愿意出差，勤奋工作
6. 大学本科毕业

adidas Sports (China) is adidas’ fully-owned subsidiary, of which the trade headquarters is in Shanghai. Moreover, there is a manufacturing plant in Su Zhou, and two facilities in Beijing,Guangzhou and Chengdu. Now, the operation in China has a presence in 27 provinces.
