To organise service activities and installation accordingly with customer request. 根据客户的需求组织售后和安装工作。
Coordinate with customer, service engineer and sales all the activities to be handle during the installation accordingly with sales order. 根据销售订单,与客户、服务工程师、销售人员一起,协调所有安装工作。
Follow up the customer before during and after the installation.跟踪客户处安装前、中、后期工作;
Provide on time information to customer, engineers and sales.为客户、工程师和销售人员提供及时信息;
Interact and share with production, sales and technical department, quality issue, wrong shipment, wrong sale ecc. 与生产、销售和技术部门相互合作,包括质量问题、错发、错销等;
Keep record and up date on time the installation schedule on SAP and scheduling tools. 做到SAP和安排表中的记录随时保持更新;
Support the sales with installation quotation and keep tracking installation timing and cost. 为销售提供安装报价等支持,对安装时间和成本随时保持追踪;
Interact with local contractor for negotiate installation quotation and local support. 与当地承包商联络,协商安装报价并提供支持;
Organize and follow with dedicate engineer energy audit, training, maintenance contract, courtesy visit and exhibition installation. 组织并跟踪工程师的工作、培训、维修合同、友好拜访和展会安装;
Every month make an advanced and an actual schedule of all the service engineers respectively at the beginning and end of the month, and submit to HR department for record. 每月月初及月末分别制定一份所有售后工程师的行程计划表及实际行程表,并按时提交人事部门存档记录;
Drives the service departments overall efficiency and customer satisfaction. 推进并提高售后部门的总效率及客户满意度;
Manages on-site activities and ensures on time and on budget.管理工程师的现场工作,确保按时且在预算内;
Optimizes service engineer utilizations rates. 优化提高服务工程师的利用率;
Follow customer request and give proper reply on time 根据客户需求,及时给与适当回复;
Provide installation quotation to customer and sales. 为客户和销售提供安装报价;
Coordinate with customer installation and service visit and organize engineer on time.协调客户安装和服务拜访并及时组织工程师;
Provide all the information to service engineer.为服务工程师提供所需信息;
Track on SAP quotation ,issue ,cost for all service activities.跟踪SAP中售后工作的报价、问题、成本;
Promptly inform production, technical department, sales about quality issue.对于质量问题,立即通知生产、技术和销售部门;
Pass to service engineer customer issue in order to follow up. 将客户问题传达给服务工程师;
Keep daily track of installation status and issue with engineer and customer 通过工程师和客户,对安装状态和问题进行日常追踪;
Keep SAP environment up date for service activities 保持售后的SAP信息及时更新;
Availability of customer support by phone over the normal working hour.在工作以外的时间为支持客户工作随时电话待命;
In charge of all the schedule arrangement of service engineers and spare parts management. 负责所有服务人员的计划进度安排以及零配件的销售管理。
Manage and develop direct reporting staff 管理和带领直接下属;
Position requirements职位要求:
? At least 3/4 years experience with Customer Service ,planning and installation activities至少3-4年客户服务、计划和安装等相关工作;
? Fluent English speaking. 英语口语流利;
? knowledge on technical application and industrial product 拥有技术应用和工业产品的相关经验;
? Must have the experience to review parts lists in order to select the spares requirements for new or existing equipment 必须有复审备件表的经验,以便为新的或现有设备选择所需备件;
? Knowledge and experience of SAP materials and maintenance modules 有SAP材料和维护模块的经验和知识;
? Excellent skills in use of Information Management Systems, Excel, Word and PowerPoint 擅于使用信息管理系统、Excel、Word 和 PowerPoint;
