一、VIP学业规划师
任职要求：
1.英语或市场营销类专业优先，有留学背景者佳
2.有雅思托福培训经历者优先
3.具有较强的沟通能力、亲和力，富有责任心，销售技巧，认真细致
4.一年以上教育行业工作经验，或其他行业销售经验优先
5.形象气质佳，具备较高的综合素质

职责描述：
1.负责学校热线电话接听及客户预约，客户接待咨询及协议谈判签署工作
2.负责对学员测试出具分析报告，并发现问题，提出合理化建议
3.为学员合理规划辅导课程
4.根据学校业务流程对客户的学习状况做出分析与诊断，制定辅导计划与方案
5.完成领导交办的其他工作

二、个性化学业规划师
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历；
2.具有良好的沟通销售技巧和客户服务意识，要求耐心；
3.有终端产品销售或同行业工作经验者优先；
4.一年以上销售、客服或咨询工作经验。

职责描述：
1.负责向到访客户介绍并销售中心课程，负责分析与处理学员客户的需求，推广公司的产品与服务；
2.与学生及家长建立良好的关系，确保学生完成学习目标，确保课程质量及学生的收获，及时沟通及反馈家长；
3.负责公司热线咨询电话的接听及客户约访、客户接待咨询及协议谈判签署工作，负责学员在中心的各项手续的办理；
4.根据公司业务流程对客户学生的学习状况做出分析与诊断，制定辅导计划与方案，跟踪了解学员的学习动态，解答学员问题，处理学员投诉；
5.配合中心各项团队工作，如市场推广活动、学员活动等。
