职位描述:
主要教授高中物理一对一、精品小班课程，同时负责教学教研、教材更新、教师培训等模块工作。
职位要求：
１、学科功底扎实，掌握学科考试命题方向及规律，教学方法针对性强，能够在短时间内有效提高成绩；
２、对高中物理课程及历年高考试题有深入研究，能准确把握命题方向，善于总结学生解题技巧与方法；
３、省市级优秀教师优先考虑 ；有培训机构代课等经验者优先考虑；
４、表达能力强，语言准确、流畅；积极、乐观、有工作热情，服务意识强，能够在压力下工作。
5、 理解并认同新东方文化。
