工作职责：
负责销售锐珂医疗信息化解决方案(HCIS)，执行公司的市场策略和销售政策，在指定的区域内完成公司下达的销售指标；增加锐珂医疗信息化解决方案在所负责区域的市场份额；
配合产品专家了解客户对于HCIS的需求，包括产品功能、交货周期、售后服务方面的需求和医疗信息系统需求，并将相关信息与公司内部各负责部门进行沟通协调，确保可以向客户提出应对需求的最佳解决方案，制定和执行销售计划，完成销售任务；
与现有客户和目标客户建立并保持良好的长期合作关系，提高客户满意度；协调配合公司内部各部门运作，并给予产品安装以及客户操作培训支持，确保客户满意度；
熟悉锐珂HCIS，并可以给经销商完成产品演示及培训；
根据公司的渠道发展战略，在所在区域开发/建立并维护及优化良好的经营渠道；
给分销商提供销售技巧及产品培训和辅导，协助分销商达成销售指标；


任职要求：
大学本科或以上学历，计算机或相关专业优先；
至少三年医疗IT相关产品销售经验；有PACS/RIS销售经验者优先;
可适应长期出差；
能用英语阅读邮件，资料并可熟练操作电脑；
较强的市场开拓能力及优秀的谈判技巧；
形象端正，有良好的演讲能力；
具有高度的自我激励和团队协作能力；
成熟，有毅力，能够承受相应的压力；
为人随和，善于与客户建立信任关系。
