职位描述
Responsibilities(岗位)职责:
·Leads the Preparation of commercial Proposals as a central member of the Commercial Team of Sales; 作为核心成员带领销售商务团队准备商务标书;
·Cross-functional leadership of the commercial and other related teams necessary for proposals; 跨职能领导商务及其他相关部门完成商务标书;
·Functions as the accountable resource for ensuring high quality, well defined, completely & accurately cost calculated, commercial proposals, which help position the JV to win profitable and executable orders; 负有提供高品质,界定明确,成本计算完整和准确的商务标书的职责,以帮助合资企业赢得利润和可执行的订单;
·Owns the commercial analysis of Customer inquiries, RFQs (Request for Quotations), or Tenders, to determine proposal requirements, scope of supply, and winning strategies; 负责对客户的询价,报价请求,或招标进行商业分析,以确定招标要求,供货范围,以及制定致胜的策略;
·Resource to support Sales in closing orders at any stage, by providing technical expertise and timely response to Customer requirements; 具备在订单的任何阶段给予销售提供技术支持的能力,及时响应客户需求;
·Responsible to participate in commercial excellence Participation in JV and JV-GE Risk Processes;
负责参与将卓越商业模式过渡到合资公司,参与合资公司与GE的风险过程控制;
·Participation in the Handoff/Transition from Sales to project implementation and associated critical process steps;参与从销售到项目实施相关关键步骤的切换/过渡工作;
·Participation in functions such as bookings forecasting, commercial strategy development, commercial risk management & issues resolutions, and CM tools development & deployment.
参与订单预测、商业战略开发、商业风险管理及问题决议、商务管理工具开发及部署;
·Knowledge and experience on chemicals segment; 具有较强的化工行业知识和经验;
·Process improvement & team leadership experience; 丰富的流程优化和团队领导经验
·Successful working with Customers, Sales and internal project teams; 能够与客户、销售以及内部项目团队成功的合作;
·Some travel required away from assignment location; 愿意外地出差;
·Sensitivity to Customer needs and awareness of Market conditions; 对客户需求具有较强的敏感度和关心市场需求;
·Commercial experience on project bidding for industrial products, including bid preparation, contract negotiation or project execution. 具有工业产品项目的投标商务经验,包括投标准备,合同谈判及项目执行。
Desired Qualifications其他资格
·Minimum 5 years relevant experiences; 至少五年相关工作经验
·Additional language skills; 其他语言技巧;
·Familiarity with commercial proposals, negotiation, and risk management, and international trading or business; 熟悉商务标书、谈判以及风险管理,熟悉国际贸易或业务;
·Fluent in written and oral English. 流利的书面英语和英语口语。
