职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
? Place orders on time to meet warehouse inventory demand sales requirement while ensuring warehouse inventory in health level.
? Monitor/ negotiate with various warehouse &logistics service provider to meet customer service requirements
? Liaise with warehouse operator and existing local distributors' for orders and logistics matters.
? Proceed orders from distributor and arrange delivery schedule and follow up after delivery
? Generate sales reports and inventory report and do the basic analysis
? Work as a team member to ensure China sales target achievement
? Be responsible for Shanghai office administrative operation and deliver admin support to all team members
? Other assignment by superior
Requirements:
? Degree or Diploma holder with at least 3 years working experiences in a supply chain/logistics role;
? Be familiar with logistic operation, purchasing process and import & export procedures
? Advanced level of Excel spreadsheet, good analytical skills and high level of comfort in working with numbers
? Very good communication skills in both of English and Mandarin
? Demonstrate initiative and high level of time management skills
? Ability to work efficiently under pressure while handling multiple tasks, either in a team or individually
