Reporting to:

Senior Finance Manager

Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ Oversee finance function for the PRC property development projects in various cities

+ Prepare financial reports and management accounts, consolidation, business performance analysis, budgeting and forecast

+ Liaise actively with external auditors and other professionals

+ Participate in ad hoc projects and corporate finance projects

Requirements:

+ Fluency in English

+ Bachelor degree or above
+ Experience:
1）at least 5 years finance working experience
2）worked in real estate industry before
3） big four working experience is a plus
+ Technical knowledge: passed or participated PA、ACCA or similar experience
skillful with Excel and PPT

+ Soft skills
1) immediately on board candidate is a big plus
2）clear and smart working way, can take over pressure
3） good communication and coordination skills
4）team work spirit
