ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews

Job description:
+ Optimize Direct HR's web marketing and support the online product development team
+ Research on potential client contacts and integrate new clients into our service operations
+ Conduct E-mail marketing in English
+ Conduct phone calls with prospective clients
+ Support the Sales Managers in their daily duties
+ Responsible for effective and efficient day-to-day communication with clients via email, phone and face-to-face
+ Coordinate the service delivery to our clients and up-selling of value added services to existing clients

Requirements:
+ University degree
+ Bachelor degree in English, Business studies, Marketing or Economics will be a plus
+ Working experience in fields of Marketing preferred
+ Proficient working with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the internet
+ An effective and efficient communicator
+ German mother tongue
+ Proficient in English, speaking and writing
+ An outgoing and assertive personality
+ Able to work on projects independently as well as in a team setting
+ Resistant to stress and willing to go the extra mile
+ Willing to work and live in Shanghai
