Our client is an European multinational, supplying Power technology to various industries - also including Energy/Power, Marine and Windpower.
We are looking for a Sales Manager to take the lead of existing clients and new sales. The target clientele for the Sales Manager are Engine Manufactures and Gen-set suppliers (can be both manufacturers and deals/agents)
Key responsibilities
? Formulate and execute sales &marketing strategies to enhance market shares and sales capacity.
? Actively sell to new and existing customers all ranges of Power Technology Diesel products including making the approaches to new clients
? Contribute to annual Sales Budget and assist with related long-term business plan activities.
? Develop channels and partners as necessary to maximize product sales.
? "Open the doors" for Application team mates to follow up with customer's technical inquiries.
? To ensure a smooth transfer of your customers to the Application team for technical follow up and detailed product training
? Assist customer's inquiries, both technical and commercial, and respond appropriately in a timely manner.
? Track activities in CRM system.
? Continuously and in cooperation with the management team members to work on efficient use of the company sales resources to minimize the operating cost.
? Participate in trade shows and exhibitions.
? Design and deliver sales presentations to customers at trade shows, customer sites, office facilities, etc.
Personal skills:
? You have a broad sales experience from the similar industry
? University education and able to work in a technical environment.
? You are a business professional and can make yourself heard at all levels
? You are ambitious and would be able to take the lead of a team/office later in your career
? You should be able to communicate in English both written and spoken
