工作职责：

1. 准备课题计划

Prepare study plan

2. 指导课题人员按课题计划进行遗传毒理实验

Lead study personnel to conduct the geno-toxicology study according to the study plan

3. 遇到问题及时与课题组负责人沟通并采取必要措施

Communicate with the Head of study group effectively about the difficulties and take necessary action

4. 确保实验得出的原始数据文件化和被记录，并与报告一起存档

Ensure that all raw data generated are fully documented, recorded and archived along with Report

5. 评估并记录任何对课题质量和整体有影响的偏差，并做改正

Assess and document the impact of any deviations from the study plan on the quality and integrity of the study, and take appropriate corrective action

6. 准备相关技术方面的SOP并培训相关人员

Prepare relevant technical SOP and train relevant personnel

岗位要求：

1.本科以上学历，遗传毒理学相关专业

Bachelor degree or above, major in geno-toxicology or relevant

2.精通HPLC/GC/LC-MS/GC-MS等仪器的操作或精通生态毒理实验技术并了解GLP准则

Be proficient in operating analysis instrument, such as HPLC/GC/LC-MS/GC-MS or ecotox experiment and has the knowledge of GLP principles

3.3年以上相关工作经验

Three years relevant working experience

4.熟练的英语听、说、读、写能力

English skills, listening, speaking, reading and writing
