1.本科以上学历，师范类专业优先
2.较强的英语听说能力，拥有四级以上证书优先
3.具有较强的服务意识、沟通能力及抗压能力，责任强，喜欢与学员沟通
4.熟练使用办公软件
5.理解并认同新东方文化


职责描述：
1.负责接收并了解学员档案，做好与学生及家长的课前沟通
2.负责落实学生首次上课时间、地点及教师，并有效通知家长
3.及时了解学生心理及学习情况，适时与家长及教师沟通，解决教学过程中可能出现的问题
4.根据每月销售计划，完成当月销售业绩
5.完成领导交办的其他工作
