小学阳光作文教师

一、岗位职责：
负责阳光作文小学阶段的教学工作

二、任职资格：
1、普通话一乙及以上，具备“激情、幽默、创新”的基本“阳光条件”，让学生充分感受到和学校截然不同的学习氛围，使学生在很短的时间内体会到全新的写作感受，享受写作的乐趣；
2、2年以上中小学语文授课经验，热爱教育事业，具有扎实深厚的学识和自成体系的教学方法；
3、教学目标明确，教学方法新颖，授课条理清晰，教学活动安排恰当，井然有序，课堂掌控能力突出；
4、充分掌握中小学生心理特点，高级优秀教师及学科带头人优先考虑；

5、熟悉并认同新东方的文化。

待遇：通过面试者将全面接受新东方内部教师培训（含学校、跨校、集团培训等），签订全日制劳动合同，享受基本工资、课酬、五险一金、年假、年度旅游、其他福利和培训机会等，具体事宜面议。
