职位:初/高中英语教师

职位描述：

1、教授中学英语课程；

2、积极参加学校和部门组织的各种培训、教研、讲座、会议等活动；

3、确保不在竞争或同类机构及学校承担相同或相近内容的授课任务；

4、服从学校和部门的工作安排。

任职资格：

1、本科以上学历或大二以上在校生，英语专业优先。

2、熟悉新疆初高中英语教材，准确把握初高中考试规律，有授课经验者优先。

3、确保不在竞争或同类教育机构及学校承担相同或相近的授课任务。

4、熟悉青少年心理，有朝气与活力，语言表达能力强，富有影响力和感染力。

5、凡应聘者TOEIC成绩达到750分者，则优先享有进入面试复试的资格。

6、有团队合作精神，有责任心和毅力。

7、理解并认同新东方文化。
