新概念教师

一、岗位职责：
针对新概念一、二、三、四的教学培训。

二、任职资格 ：
1、本科以上学历（特别优秀者可适当放宽条件），性别不限；
2、有扎实的语言功底，中英文切换自如，对语言的运用有深刻的理解；
3、深入了解学生的语言需求，善于沟通；
4、有中学英语、大学精读或新概念教学经验者优先；
5、参加过新东方相关课程的培训，熟知新东方教学理念者优先；
6、获得国内外英语类竞赛奖项者优先；
7、诚实守信、务实高效，理解认同新东方的企业文化，授课生动，能旁征博引、深入浅出，具有课堂驾驭能力。
分册要求：
新一：极具亲和力，耐心细致，英语发音标准清晰，中英文基本功扎实。
新二：极具亲和力，讲解语法能力极强，多才多艺者优先。
新三：英语水平高，讲解语法能力强，对写作有深入研究者优先。
新四：英语水平高，对西方文化有研究，文、史、哲均有涉猎，并具备旁征博引的英汉双语表述能力。

待遇：通过面试者将全面接受新东方内部教师培训（含学校、跨校、集团培训等），签订全日制劳动合同，享受基本工资、课酬、五险一金、年假、年度旅游、其他福利和培训机会等，具体事宜面议。
