职位描述
Scope and Accountability
1.Order receiving and settlement: receive orders and input them into TMS, handle client’s cost settlement, apply for invoicing, and POD management;
2.Follow-ups: cargo delivery notice, confirm received cargos, handle complaints, track reports, manage client’s documents, feedback and handle regulate operations and variances;
3.Performance review on daily operations;
4.Complete KPI reports;
5.Be responsible to revised project contract and make sure sign the contract according to company‘s process.
6.Assist to Regional Manager to compile the operations reports, statements and analyst related data.
Qualification Requirements
·Knowledge:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics management is preferred;
2.Passed CET-6 and fluent in oral English.
·Skills:
1.Skillful PC application in Microsoft Office, especially for Excel;
2.Good working attitude and detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility;
3.Good communication skills and good analysis and problem solving capacity;
4.Good teamwork sprit.
·Experience:
Above 1 year experience in logistics industry or relevant;
