1. Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required:

l Have bachelor degree on mechanical or engineering.

l Have fluent English communication capability.

l Worked in a mechanical installation / assembly environment with at least 5 years

l Be able to lead team with 20 members on production

l Facility preventive maintenance experience

l Strong safety sense on daily production

l Be able to work through people and have very strong lead-ship.

l Be very strong on QCD sense

l Be good at using general office software, Word/Excel/MPP etc.

l Basic SAP experience and knowledge

l Be able to understand engineering drawings, BOM and other instructional document

l Have 5S knowledge and experience

l Understand Kaizen, involved or lead Kaizen projects experience

2.Principal Duties

l The individual’s accountabilities will include, but not be limited to the following

l Follow up with production orders to arrange the line assignments

l Supervise the standard cycle time for different products. Maintain, adjust or improve the standard to allow accurate labour cost report on SAP. Identify the issues and provide action plan to solve it

l Identify, feedback and chase any issues from production on quality, process, BOM or design

l Monitor and report the labour utilization and arrange worker overtime

l Apply monthly performance appraisal to all line leader

l Supervise the lines to check all material released from warehouse is correct according to BOM requirement

l Supervise the lines to maintain the tooling in a right position and in the good condition for work

l Supervise the lines to perform the assembly in a right approach by using the facility correctly and efficiently

l Supervise the lines to follow the 5S requirements by daily routine and weekly activity to ensure the lines are in clean operational status

l Supervise the lines to do the quality check by steps and finish the final quality check with quality engineer

l Supervise the lines to optimize the space utilization and make sure every items by the line warehouse is correct on quantity and ID

l Lead the Kanban Kaizen project to improve the line warehouse on location adjustment and addition/deduction of items

l Lead any other Kaizen projects to improve all areas in operation, warehouse, packaging, assembly, testing, SAP etc
