Job Purpose:
Responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy to achieve market targets and support company objectives. Specific responsibilities include annual and short-termed plans of business and market development, market research and planning, implementation of promotion and advertising, coordinating with sales teams, and partnering with other related management teams to ensure the best possible services and effective communications to the major customers.

Job Description:
？ Implement marketing strategies, plans, (cross-functional) tactics, pricing structure, programs and promotions; execute marketing initiatives to drive sales and maximize the return of marketing programs; assist in developing value added programs to create or improve the overall value proposition that will generate higher sales growth.

？ Participate in the formulation of business plan, including increasing sales / optimizing profitability through product/ customer mix analyses, e.g. consolidation and rationalization of sales volume, sales price, people development and product development guidance.

？ Lead projects to develop and penetrate markets with new or existing products and services by overseeing the implementation of the defined strategies, business models, and analysis of customer / market demands and evaluation of market competition.

？ Maintain the database of business performance and sales data, track marketing programs by providing results with measurable data; identify growth opportunities by monitoring market trends, service needs and competitor performance.

？ Manage product lines including new product development, product positioning, selling points, target segment, and product offering, as well as package and label design; coordinate with product team and sales for new product launch programs.

？ Responsible for marketing activities and campaigns; create marketing collateral including company catalog, POS, promotional materials, etc; prepare communication materials, articles and presentations for both internal and external use.

Required Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree and above; major in Business / Marketing is preferable
? Excellent oral and written communication in both Mandarin and English
