Work Scope：
—Implement CD lead IT projects in region
—Make deployment plan and align with regional sales team on new IT projects, such as DMS(分销商管理系统), mobility system for sales (小米手机) and so on
—Track deployment progress and ensure on time delivery with good quality
—Handle emergency issues
—Drive the usage of CD related system in region
—Ensure DMS data accuracy via both system checking and physical auditing distributor
—Train field sales and other internal users in region
—Manage the mobile devices in region

Requirement:
—Bachelor degree qualified
—Strong understanding on business systems (e.g. ERP, MIS)
—Excellent communication and influencing skills; able to manage project and aware of risk;
—Strong data sensitivity, attention to details
—At least 2 years relevant experience of FMCG industry; experience of information system is preferred;
