Responsibility:

· Follow customer request and give proper reply on time

· Provide installation quotation to customer and sales.

· Coordinate with customer installation and service visit and organize engineer on time .

· Provide all the information to service engineer.

· Track on SAP quotation ,issue ,cost for all service activities .

· Promptly inform production ,technical department ,sales about quality issue .

· Support service engineers .

· Pass to service engineer customer issue in order to follow up.

· Keep daily track of installation status and issue with engineer and customer

· Organize flight ticket .

· Keep SAP environment up date for service activities

· Availability of customer support by phone over the normal working hour.

· Visit customer with sales or engineer in order to support them with right solution and suggestion.

Position requirements:

· At least 3/4 years experience with Customer Service ,planning and installation activitiews

· Fluent English speaking .

· knowledge on technical application and industrial product

· Must have the experience to review drawings and parts lists in order to select the spares requirements for new or existing equipment

· Knowledge and experience of SAP materials and maintenance modules

· Excellent skills in use of Information Management Systems, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

· Required to have complete accuracy and attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Team player with good interpersonal skills

· Independent and self starter

· Maintaining a healthy work-in-progress (WIP) list by delivering the parts and closing orders without delay.

· Support and follow engineers service installation and visit

· Coordinate the installation and service with customer and sales engineer

· Pass all the related information to service engineer and customer .

· Ability to communicate effectively in both official languages is an asset.

· Thorough understanding of Piovan corporate and industry practices, processes, standards etc. And their impact on field engineering activities
