Ensure Customs declaration sheet input correct and completed on time.

Ensure VAT invoice deduction in tax system correct and completed on time.

• Daily operation work

Check and record vendor invoice carefully

Check Concur invoice carefully

Responsible for Fapiao purchase

Support on Fapiao issuing to both branches and landlords.

Responsible for accounting documents filing

AR invoice follow up

According to the invoice receiving time of landlords to issue the invoice and mail to the landlords to ensure the invoice be deliveried and received timely.

To check the incoive content and ensure that the invoice is accuate and correct

Finish other work line manager assigned

Support team members if needed.

Finance background is not a MUST, but if have accounting experience would be advantageous.
