Job Description:

1. Achieve annual sales targets (Vol, GP)

2. Maintain existing accounts

3. Develop new accounts to expand business and reinforce pipeline management

4. Manage OEM and Key Account:

a) Build strong relationship with customers

b) On top of organic growth, identify opportunities and grow business with effective action plan

c) Collect and consolidate market information

5. Provide data, analysis, recommendation and reports

6. Ensure smooth internal and external communication and coordination for business development

Requirements:

1. College graduate, major in automotive engineering or mechanic is preferable.

2. Minimum 5 years related working experience on key account management and development. Familiarity with B2B sales process, supply chain management and strong customer networks will have advantage.

3. Fluent in Mandarin & English (both verbal & written).

4. Strong skills in communication, coordination & planning, social and negotiation.
