？ Service after sales

· Technical assistance to customer during installation, handling and maintenance of our products;

· Support costumer service at headquarters in case of customer complaint, product exchange, guarantee claims, compensation part deliveries, consignment for trail samples

？ Service before sales

· ？ Support sales project to specify right product for customers application

· ？ Support sales project to demonstrate our product’s advantages and value to customer with trails

？ Support R&D

· ？ Support new prototype testing (field test) in development procedure

· ？ Support introduction of new/released products into the market with trails and technical assistance to potential

· customers;

· ？ Give input/feedback to sales and R&D in regard to new products and market information

Picking up competitor information at customer site

Position Requirements:

1. At least 5 years production working experience in synthetic fiber filament industry

2. Professional knowledge of man-made fiber industry

3. Capable hands on experience of installation, tackling technical issues

4. Strong customer net-work in filament, man-made fiber industry and sales experience preferred

5. Fluent English and strong personality to influence others’ decision making

6. Well presentating ability to enable customers understand our products and coordinate with other colleagues
