Introduction 职位说明: 管理培训生

  

The purpose of the Graduate Trainee Program is targeting at high caliber fresh graduates or graduated young talents . The duration of which will be 6 months and the selected MTs will rotate to different departments to help get the deep insight of the company business and the working process . Afterwards when trainees ’ performance evaluation confirmed to be successful , we will appoint them to a specific position from different departments based on his / her performance .

  

管理培训生项目旨在招募2020届/2021届优秀的往届生/应届毕业生。通过为期 6-12个月的各部门轮岗来帮助培训生了解公司的业务状况及工作流程。

  

  

Qualification 标准:

  

1. 2020/2021 Graduates 2020往届生/2021应届毕业生

  

2. Bachelor degree or above , majored in Mechanics / Material 机械/材料等相关专业本科及以上学历

  

3. Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese 具备流利的中英文听、说、读、写能力及良好的沟通能力；

  

4. Be familiar with AUTO CAD / CATIA 能熟练使用 AUTO CAD / CATIA

  

5. With initiative , quick learning ability ,team spirit and pleasant personality .性格开朗，具备主动性，快速学习能力和团队合作精神。

  

6 Strong communication and interpersonal skills 良好沟通及人际交往能力

  

7. Strong learning desire and ability , willing to work under pressure and leadership potential强烈的求知欲，乐于不断接受新的挑战，兼具领导力。
